Laboratory prepared : Mikrobiologi, Kimia, Patologi Klinik,                                                  Keperawatan, Kebidanan, Bahasa, Multimedia

REQUIREMENTS:

–          Send CV with passport photograph

–          Phone / Mobile Number Easy Contacted

–          Identify Laboratory that you want to

–          Working Part Time

–          Reasons Want To Be Part Time Assistant at Integrated                               Laboratory

–          Collecting Transcript (From Smst 3 to 5)

 2. Part Time Operator (For Lecture and employees)

Unit Provided :   GC, AAS, HPLC, TLC, UV-VIS,                                                                                        Hematology Analyzer

REQUIREMENTS:

–          Send CV with passport Photograph

–          Phone/Mobile Number Easy Contacted

–          Mention tool intended to operate

–          Working Part Time

–          Reason Want to be Part Time Operator

–          Available in Training (Total Cost of Basic and Advance                               Training Funded by the Ministry of Health Polytechnic of                         Surabaya)
